Welcome to Earthbound Tours — where real-world travel meets down-to-earth guidance.

We’re a family of full-time travelers who split our year between operating provincial parks in British Columbia and exploring Latin America, especially Costa Rica. Over time, our love for nature, national parks, and slow travel evolved into something bigger: helping other people actually get out there and experience these places for themselves.

Earthbound Tours is built for travelers who don’t just want inspiration — they want a trip on the calendar.

From Nature Blog to Travel & Tours

This brand started life as a nature-focused project. We talked a lot about wild spaces, wellness, and sustainable living.

But we realized something: reading about nature isn’t the same as standing at the edge of a crater, hearing howler monkeys at dawn, or watching a sunset from a coastal trail. What people really needed wasn’t just ideas — it was a clear way to turn those ideas into trips.

So we shifted.

Today, Earthbound Tours focuses on:

  • Curated itineraries with a real travel agent when you want someone to handle the details

  • Destination-driven stories and guides that point you toward experiences you can actually book

The heart is the same — nature, culture, and meaningful travel — but now it’s delivered in a way that gets you on the road, in the air, or out on the water.

    Prefer a more hands-off approach? We partner with a licensed Fareconnect travel agent who specializes in:

Even though we’ve moved from “nature blog” to “tour brand,” a few things still anchor everything we do:
